We stand behind every BERRY-T bag. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Pre-orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production begins, all pre-order sales are final and orders cannot be cancelled. Customers may check production status by emailing berrytstore@gmail.com.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at berrytstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Ship your item back using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return. Your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund.
