Every bag is made for you — and only you.
Every order placed on BERRY-T is a pre-order. That means the moment your order is confirmed, our manufacturer is notified and begins hand-building your bag with care. Nothing sits on a shelf. Nothing is mass-produced. Your bag is made specifically for you.
What "pre-order" means for your timeline
Pre-orders are different from traditional retail purchases. Because each bag is handcrafted to order, production takes time. By completing checkout, you acknowledged the pre-order notice displayed below the checkout button and agreed to the following:
- Manufacturing: Your bag may take up to 60 days to be made and released from our manufacturing facility. This timeline is an estimate and is subject to change.
- Shipping to fulfillment: Once your bag leaves our manufacturer, it still needs to reach our fulfillment center — which can take an additional three weeks or more.
- Total timeline: Please plan accordingly. From order placement to delivery, the full process ranges approximately 60–90 days, depending on location. With each new pre-order, our timelines continue to improve and we're moving faster than ever.
Factors outside our control
We are moving as fast as we can, and our production continues to improve with every single order. That said, timelines can shift due to global shipping disruptions, carrier delays, customs holds, and other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Updates & communication
You will never be left in the dark. We send regular email updates to our entire customer base and are happy to provide a status update on your specific order at any time. Just reach out.
Refund policy for pre-orders
Because our pre-order terms were clearly disclosed at the time of checkout and are available at any time on our Pre-Order Policy page, we are unable to issue refunds based on dissatisfaction with production or shipping timelines. If your bag is already in production or on its way to you, we cannot process a refund at that stage. As always, order updates are available at any time via email or direct outreach — we are happy to help.
However — once your bag arrives and you're not completely happy with it, we want to make it right. Returns and exchanges on received bags are welcome. Please review our full Return Policy for details.
