All U.S. orders ship via standard carrier from our U.S. distribution center.

- Free Shipping: Automatically applied at checkout on US orders of 2 or more bags

International Shipping
BERRY-T ships worldwide. Flat rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Free shipping is not available on international orders.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the buyer's sole responsibility. BERRY-T has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We are unable to refund shipping charges or the cost of the bag if you refuse delivery due to customs fees.
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout to avoid delays.
Pre-Order Shipping Timeline
BERRY-T operates on a pre-order model. Your bag will be manufactured and shipped to our distribution center before orders are dispatched. Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
We will keep you updated every step of the way.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. International tracking availability may vary by carrier and destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
Domestic (U.S.): We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition. Contact berrytstore@gmail.com to initiate a return.
International: All international sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders due to the cost and complexity of international shipping. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
